Join our bus aide team!

What does a school bus aide do? Primarily, our aides assist on our special needs buses.

Buckling seatbelts and hooking in wheelchairs are typical everyday duties. Together with the school bus driver, our aides help create a safe and friendly school bus enviroment.

Aide on a school bus - it's easy to qualify!

  • Must be at least 21

  • Have a safe driving record

  • Satisfactory physical exam required

  • Pass a criminal background check

Aide on a school bus - the benefits are great!

  • Morning and afternoon routes. Most of the day is all yours!

  • Extra mid-day routes may become available

  • Competitive hourly pay

  • Paid physical exam

  • Flexible schedule with summers, nights, holidays and weekends off

Aide on a school bus - we provide the training!

  • No experience necessary!

  • We will fully train you on the necessary skills to be successful

  • Hands-on practice using bus safety equipment
